Session 1 (60 min, video call, screen shared): how to actually use Claude Code and the Crads-AI app, and we build your server in your own hosting account (from about €6 a month, billed to you by the host), so it runs while you sleep and you can talk to it from the Claude app on your phone, with your morning brief on Telegram. You leave with one piece of homework.
Homework, about an hour on your own: the onboarding interview. It writes the first version of the brain from your answers.
Session 2 (120 min, you book it afterwards, at least a day later): I connect your email, calendar and Slack or WhatsApp, build your first skills around the work you actually do, and switch on a morning brief and your first scheduled job. You keep written docs of your setup.
From session 1 you get 30 days of Slack support: questions about your own setup, answered within a working day. After that it's yours, and you're welcome to invite me back into the chat whenever you like, at A$233 an hour. Not included: the server bill, paid to your hosting provider, and your Claude subscription. Sessions are not recorded. By the end your business has an assistant that runs without you.
Bring: a laptop, a GitHub account, a Claude subscription, and a Hetzner or DigitalOcean account (or twenty minutes to make one).
